Nak dekat 4 jam siapkan kek ni, sebab nak kena bakar selapis demi selapis. And bahan2 pun kena pukul asing-asing, telur kena asing kuning dan putih, then pukul kuning dulu, ketepikan. Then pukul putih lak, Pas tu pukul butter pulak ....macam tu lah istimewanya buat kek lapis ni. Colour warna-warni, rasa pun warna warni gak lah.... nak tengok hasilnya....jeng jeng jeng. I bagi resepi:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kek Lapis Chachamaira&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 biji kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;12 biji putih telur&lt;br /&gt;350 gm mentega&lt;br /&gt;275 gm gula kasar&lt;br /&gt;150 gm tepung naik sendiri&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan tepung ais krim (perasa strawberry)&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan tepung ais krim (perasa coklat)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tin susu pekat&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu makan nescafe&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu teh vanilla&lt;br /&gt;sedikit pewarna merah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-caranya:-&lt;br /&gt;Puti telur dipukul sampai kembang dan putih. Kemudian masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit, tinggalkan anggaran 1 sudu makan. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;Kuning telur dipukul bersama baki gula tadi sampai kembang. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;Mentega dipukul bersama susu pekat dan vanilla hingga putih.&lt;br /&gt;kemudian satukan ketiga-tiga adunan danpukul hingga rata dan sebati.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan tepung naik sendiri dan gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;Bahagi kepada 3 bahagian:-&lt;br /&gt;i) 1 bahagian campurkan dengan tepung aiskrim strawberry &amp; warna merah;&lt;br /&gt;ii) 1 bahagian campurkan dengan tepung aiskrim perasa coklat &amp; nescafe;&lt;br /&gt;iii) 1 bahagian biarkan putih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bakar selapis-selapis. Actually this is my mum's recipe. I tambah sikit ingredients biskut ni. I added strawberry paste and pink colour. Warna asal biskut ni is putih and original name is Biskut Jerebu. Bila I dah tambah strawberry dalam bahan2 dia, so nama pun tukar ke Biskut Jerebu Strawberry. Actually recipe Nigella tu Cherry....tapi i substitute ngan strawberry...well after all ni kan blog pasal Strawberry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Untuk Cupcakes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;125 gm soft unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gm dark chocolate, patah-patahkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300 gm jem &lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;strawberry &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150 gm gula kastor&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;secubit garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 biji telur gred A @ AA, dipukul&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150 gm Tepung Naik Sendiri&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;12 pcs  muffin tin and muffin papers&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    &lt;/b&gt;         &lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk icing:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gm dark chocolate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 ml double cream/thick cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Cara-caranya:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat the oven to 180C&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Letakkan butter dalam pan dan cairkan atas api. Bila dah dekat2 nk cair, masukkan coklat. Biarkan seketika sehingga ia menjadi lembut. Kemudian alihkan pan tu dari api dan kacau sehingga adunan tersebut sebati. Kemudian, masukkan jem strawberry, gula, garam dan telur. Kacau lagi sehingga sebati, kemudian masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuang ke dalam muffin papers yang telah diletakkan dalam muffin tin dan bakar selama 25 minit. Biarkan 10 minit kemudian baru keluarkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penyediaan icing: - Patah-patahkan chocolate dan kemudian campurkan double cream. Masukkan dalam saucepan. Didihkan dan kemudian pukul (guna tangan boleh, mixer pun boleh) sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;Bila dah sebati, boleh lah bubuh adunan icing tu at the top of the cupcake, style ikut citarasa masing-masing. All varieties of the strawberry plant belong to the &lt;em&gt;Fragaria&lt;/em&gt; genus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;It grows both as a wild plant and as a cultivated plant.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Some strawberries, called &lt;em&gt;everbearing&lt;/em&gt;, produce berries throughout      the summer and fall.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strawberry plants can be planted in any garden soil. But the richer the      soil, the larger the crop. The plant grows best in a cool, moist climate and      does not do well in warm temperatures. The plants may be planted in the spring      or fall, but if the temperature is too cold, fall planting requires a great      deal of care.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The strawberry grows close to the ground on the stem in groups of three.      The greenish white fruits turn to a rich red colour when they ripen. When      the strawberry ripens, the petals of the flower fall off and all that remains      is the calyx, a leafy substance shaped like a star. Not every flower produces      fruit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strawberries are not really berries or fruit in the "botanical" sense (i.e.,      the end result of a fertilized plant ovum). A strawberry is actually an "aggregate      fruit" -- the "real" fruit are the objects we think of as the "strawberry      seed" -- properly called "achenes" -- which are fruits in the same way that      a raw sunflower seed with it's tough shell is a fruit. The "berry" is actually      an "enlarged receptacle" and is not reproductive material. As a result, strawberries      must be picked at full ripeness, as they cannot not ripen once picked.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The strawberry plant has seeds on the outside skin rather than having an      outer skin around the seed, as most berries do. Kek Lapis Strawberry, is my favourite of all time. It may be tedious but I enjoy making it. I never use preservatives and therefore it needs to be refrigerated or frozen depend on the length of time you are keeping it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;And below saya sertakan resepi kek lapis cheese strawberry kesukaan saya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;10 biji telur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;150gm gula halus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;2 gelas tepung Hong Kong&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;1 sudu Ovalette&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;100gm Horlick&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;450gm mentega&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;1 tin susu manis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;250gm cream cheese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;Cara-caranya:-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;1. Telur, tepung Hong Kong, Horlick dan ovalette dipukul hingga kembang dan pekat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;2. Mentega, susu dan cream cheese dipukul hingga putih.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;3. Satukan semua adunan adunan di atas dan gaul sebati.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;4. Bahagi kepada 2 bahagian:-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;i) satu bahagian dicampur pewarna pink dan strawberry paste;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;ii) satu bahagian biarkan warna asal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;That's all. Feel free to try it. Kalau rasa susah sangat.... just let me do it for you. You just have to sit back and relax and wait for the cake to be delivered to you. And don't forget the "ongkos" hehehe...murah je RM35.00. After all it worths your money. Actually I baru ambik order untuk kek lapis ni, dalam 2 minggu lepas and both kek lapis ni are the best sellers. I promote kat office kawan2 I and also office my husband and my brother -in-law punye office. And guess what, kek lapis strawberry ni tak terlepas menjadi pilihan.
